Minimum Requirements • At least 5-7years of Food Supply Chain experience in area of Beef or Chicken preferred • BA/BS in supply chain management, management and/or agriculture or related eld preferred. • Global experience preferred, not required. • Experience in developing product strategies is a must • Understanding sustainability and how to incorporate it into product strategies is a plus. • Must have strong organizational and leadership skills • Able to work with cross functional departments within the organization • Good problem solving skills and corrective action/resolution skills • Strong verbal and written Communication skills required • Experience in working in a strong team environment • Strategic Partnering is a must • Must have the ability to function within a team oriented environment and collaborate on multidisciplinary efforts across AOW's (Area of World).
