Responsibilities The Director of Worldwide Supply Chain reports to the Strategic Sourcing Senior Director and owns the design and development of a global supply chain product strategy with an initial focus on proteins. The strategy is targeted to deliver competitive advantages for quality, cost, sustainability and service for the Global McDonald's system” Direct accountability includes assuring existing and future supply plans that meet the needs of the business both globally and in the AOW's (Area of the World). Minimum Requirements • At least 5-7years of Food Supply Chain experience in area of Beef or Chicken preferred • BA/BS in supply chain management, management and/or agriculture or related eld preferred. • Global experience preferred, not required. • Experience in developing product strategies is a must • Understanding sustainability and how to incorporate it into product strategies is a plus. • Must have strong organizational and leadership skills • Able to work with cross functional departments within the organization • Good problem solving skills and corrective action/resolution skills • Strong verbal and written Communication skills required • Experience in working in a strong team environment • Strategic Partnering is a must • Must have the ability to function within a team oriented environment and collaborate on multidisciplinary efforts across AOW's (Area of World).
