Model R2200 is perfect for
food forming and portioning
requirements in small to high
volume food processors. The
compact, rugged machine forms a wide variety of products
into a multitude of shapes and sizes. One of the most
important features is that it is very simple to set-up, operate
and clean. The R2200 Portioning Machine forms patties
and other shapes up to 4.7-in. in diameter with adjustable
weights and thickness from 3/16 in. to 1.3 in. It has a
variable speed production output rate of 2,200 portions per
hour. Hollymatic's R2200 is suited to a variety of product
mixtures with numerous textures and consistencies.

The MGS-7.5KVA-8O transformer
provides a safe and effective way
for plant operators to utilize power
sources independently of the work
area. This unit provides an effective power source for
operators performing plant turnarounds, maintenance and
cleaning in hazardous areas, equipment installations and
repairs, and any activities requiring an alternative to native
power sources. This unit is designed to operate with 480
VAC which it then steps down to 120VAC. This transformer
makes 120VAC available via 8 GFCI protected receptacles.
This unit is weatherproof and ideal for use in applications
including but not limited to, plant maintenance and
hazardous location operations.
