Enterobacteriaceae
(EB) PCR Detection Kit is a fast, sensitive and specific
alternative to conventional agar plate detection methods.
PCR results can be obtained in as little as three hours
following a single enrichment. Developed as an open and
flexible system, the iQ-Check Enterobacteriaceae kit can
be used for up to 94 samples on high- or low-throughput
Bio-Rad instruments. It is designed as a multiplex reaction
that includes an internal inhibition control that is amplified
in parallel with the target DNA for a reliable result with
negative result validation.

The PushPal, an innovative smokehouse
cart safety handle from Fusion Tech
Integrated, features two round bar
handles that keep operator hands away from the cart
edges and a toggle switch to easily attach the PushPal to
the cart's center post or frame edges. It helps maintain
posture, keeps operator elbows in, positions wrists to
increase leverage and reduce strain, and reduces torque
on the back while pushing or pulling a loaded cart. The
PushPal gives operators added stability and something to
grasp in case of a slip or fall. Hands never touch the carts

Automatic Chub Loader, a new
continuous feed auger system.
This chub feeder can be integrated with most types of
chub forming machines. It was engineered with a pump
design that improves product consistency and flow to
chub forming packaging equipment. With modifiable sizes
and speeds available, the PosiFlo solves for increased
chub forming production and efficiencies in maintenance
and sanitation. The PosiFlo was engineered to provide
a continuous feed and metered flow. The pump design
creates a positive displacement to flow to downstream

detector produces up to 95 percent
less false rejects by combining
Multi-Simultaneous Frequency (MSF) and Product Signal
Suppression technology. The Profile Advantage system
is ideal for overcoming 'product effect' in bakery, meat,
poultry, seafood, ready meals and dairy food. Product
effect is where a product's own characteristics inhibit
a metal detector's ability to inspect products with a
high moisture or salt content, variable temperature,
or packed in metallized film. Using a sophisticated
inspection algorithm, Mettler-Toledo's Profile Advantage
metal detector all but removes product effect from the
process. The result is up to 50 percent improvements in
spherical sensitivity levels, compared to conventional
metal detectors, enabling significantly smaller metal
contaminants to be detected in products.
