RCA bylaws amendments passed

The RCA Board of Directors approved revisions to the
current bylaws that provide further clarification as well as
updates to reflect the association's current state. Members
attending the RCA Annual Business Meeting in Savannah
voted on the proposed bylaws.
The vote to approve the revised bylaws was passed. The
revised bylaws went into effect as of March 27, 2018.
