ContractsAwarded YTD Stacks Up Favorably Against Last Year $1,102,121,597 W ith 2013 reaching some of the highest figures ever seen in contracts awarded in Hawaii, October adds another $20,991,331 for the month. That brings us to a year-to-date total of $1,102,121,597- or $385,398,041 more than the same time period last year. And while October's contracts awarded increase was not as dramatic as September's, it certainly seems we'll end the year on a high note. Road Builders Corporation won the month's largest contract, with a low bid of $11,221,221.
