Champion of the day and the future of
the sport,Travis Grant and Castle Foti
This was a warm up to the Maui Jim Oceanfest
in June. The format tests the individual's skills in
swimming, Surfski, SUP, OC-1 and Prone paddleboarding.
It was a beautiful calm day. The course was a
5 - 10 minute sprint format for each discipline off of
Kailua Beach, around and inside of Flat Island.
Travis Grant was the Kona Brewing Co. - Maui
Jim Waterman of the day with 17 year old Hunter
Pflueger finishing second in the open and winning
the junior division. Anna Mathison was the top
Waterwoman of the day.
The top three male and female participants won
free entry to the Maui Jim Oceanfest on June 4 & 5.
1st place also won free rooms for the weekend at the
Kaanapali Beach Resort.
