Rockey, MD Goals and Objectives: n Gain an understanding of the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis. n This presentation will provide an update on approaches to measuring liver fibrosis with a focus on the types of non-invasive markers that can be used to measure fibrosis and their clinical utility. Describe the various tests available to clinically assess liver fibrosis, including liver biopsy, and non-invasive measures of liver fibrosis.
