You may check your unbilled monthly data use for your BroadbandAccess device through the following options: • VZAccess Manager “Usage” button3 • My Verizon or My Business Account • �ave your BroadbandAccess device wireless number available and dial 1.800.922.0204. Try one of our modem devices, including BroadbandAccess PC Cards, USB Modems or ExpressCards. Additional Plan Information Required Minimum Term, Activation Fees and Early Termination Fee: Monthto-month, one- or two-year minimum term required per line. Activation Fee: $35 per line. Early Termination Fee: up to $175 per line for one- or two-year minimum terms.
