All of Palace Resorts' properties have
a wellness focus, with specialty fitness
classes such as TRX training, spinning
and aqua spinning, yoga and Pilates, and
meditation areas for groups to recharge
after a day of meetings. The Le Blanc Spa
Resort Cancun now features 10 wellness
suites that include a service bar and yoga
mat, as well as the ability to select yoga
classes and meditation practices via insuite TVs. The suites also give attendees
access to interactive workshops, including
sessions on hand and foot exfoliation,

this winter, the 373-room Le Blanc Spa
Resort Los Cabos will be the second
property to open under the Le Blanc
brand, offering similar wellness amenities
in an adults-only, all-inclusive resort.
BLANCSPA will span more than 29,000
sf, featuring ancient, locally-inspired
treatments alongside the latest spa
technology trends, while creative activities
will include stand-up paddleboard yoga
and guided meditation classes. Another
major highlight will be gourmet cuisines
and top-notch entertainment, including
interactive mixology classes.

Palace Golf & Spa Resort with 1,316
rooms-features the 76,875-sf AweSpa with more than 60 spa suites. Since
it's the resort's second spa, it offers
more innovative treatments as well as
detoxifying hydrotherapies such as hot
and cold plunge pools, a steam room,
sauna and sensory pool.

Paradisus Cancun is also pushing the
envelope when it comes to interactive
team building and wellness experiences.
Attendees can learn the art of aerial dance
from a professional instructor or participate
in AquaForza, which combines aerobics,
Pilates and yoga atop a floating Aqua-mat.
"Meetings are getting more and more
interactive-it's not about being in a
ballroom all day," says Mauricio Baez, meeting
and events manager at Paradisus Cancun.
