It gets only about 30 inches of rain in comparison to the well-known El

The 139-room St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort in Puerto Rico
launched Beach Club by Jose Enrique in May. Enrique is credited
for Puerto Rico's rise as one of the world's most notable culinary
destinations. Beach Club takes his seasonal, ingredient-focused
approach and is inspired by his roots in traditional Puerto Rican
cuisine, such as caldo santo, a traditional Puerto Rican fish stew
made with coconut milk, served with lightly fried snapper filet, local
roots and tubers and coconut slaw.
The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort is located next to the El Yunque
National Forest and overlooks two miles of private beach. It features
a private bird sanctuary, a Remede Spa, an oceanfront golf course
designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., and a seaside pool and esplanade
overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Its 26,557 sf of function space is
centered in and around a beautifully appointed Plantation House.
Groups staying at El Conquistador, a Waldorf Astoria Resort,
have many choices for banquet settings, including a waterpark and
their own island. Most of nearby Palomino Island is rented by the
resort and can be used for events. A free ferry is accessible by a free
shuttle that runs all day and takes just 15 minutes. Or companies can
charter their own boat, complete with corporate branding, to transport
attendees after hours. Functions held poolside have a dramatic speed
slide-the focal point of the resort's Coqui Water Park-as a backdrop.
Other event venues at the sprawling resort include a private beachfront
or a lawn situated on a cliffside perch overlooking the ocean.

Resorts has signed a management agreement with Callaloo Cay
in Antigua for a high-end resort scheduled to open in 2020 with 95
