Ka'ana Kitchen on Maui is a culinary delight serving authentic cuisine
Located in the Andaz Maui Wailea Resort, Ka'ana Kitchen features an open kitchen, private dining for
up to 18 attendees and expansive balcony seating overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Corporate and incentive
groups of up to 150 can meet here, and Ka'ana's culinary creations can be called upon for any event at the
resort, whether meeting rooms such as the studio kitchen for interactive culinary experiences or multiple
outdoor venues that can host up to 2,000 for a cocktail reception or 1,250 seated. The restaurant is also
available for buyout.
Ka'ana means "to share" and an array of small and large culinary plates await groups. The food is
extremely fresh as the restaurant has partnerships with local farmers, ranchers and fishermen to provide
ingredients that allow the chef to create true Hawaiian cuisine that reflects the diverse culture of the island.
A sampling of the starters include ahi tataki, served with local tomatoes, fresh burrata (Italian cheese) and
grilled octopus with island chevre (Hawaiian goat cheese), watercress and asparagus. Kaua'i shrimp risotto
and wagyu striploin with shitake mushrooms and fig jam, and lobster creole are palate pleasing main entrees.
Desserts, such as the Waialua Estate chocolate tart served with buttermilk sorbet, are also worth the calories.
In addition to the divine food, Ka'ana Kitchen chef Barry Masuda artfully displays each plate with flair.
There are also wonderful vegetarian selections, as well signature cocktails, wines and after dinner cordials.
