D'Eletto, managing partner for Meeting
Alliance, a firm that has several clients in
the pharmaceutical and medical fields,
bringing groups back to Orlando time
and time again.
The city's range of upscale hotel and

500 pharmaceutical managers to the
Orlando World Center Marriott for a
three-night event. On the first night, the

Lake Road, where up-scale wine bars
and dining options abound. And on the
third night, the group rented Splitsville

and cocktail areas. "The diversity of
venues really makes Orlando an
A-plus city," he says.
At the same time, Weinstein works
with association groups, often on tight
budgets, which choose Orlando for its
wide array of hotel room price points
near the Convention Center. "Compared
to most destinations, Orlando offers a
lot more bang for the buck," she says.

The Caribe Royale All-Suite Hotel
& Convention Center, located just 1.5
miles from the Walt Disney World® Resort
area, is Central Florida's largest, all-suite
convention hotel, with 1,218 one-bedroom suites, 120 two-bedroom villas,
150,000 square feet of flexible meeting
space and a host of dining options,
including an award-winning AAA Four
Diamond restaurant. The hotel recently
completed an $8 million renovation,
which included the debut of the brand
new Calypso's Pool Bar & Grille.
DoubleTree by Hilton at the
Entrance to Universal is conveniently
located at the entrance to Universal
Orlando Resort™ and near other popular-area attractions. The hotel recently
completed a $30 million dollar renovation, refreshing the lobby, guest rooms,
and its 62,000 square feet of meeting
and event space.
DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at
SeaWorld is nearing completion of a
significant expansion. When completed,
the hotel will have 100,000 square feet
of indoor and outdoor meeting and
event space. The largest addition will be
the 20,000-sq.-ft. ballroom and the new
outdoor event space.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando
Lake Buena Vista Resort finished a
$13 million redevelopment project
transforming the resort with an upscale
contemporary feel. The property features 10,000 square feet of meeting and
event space.
