Grenada, the 101-room, 45-suite Kimpton
will be tucked away among tropical rainforest
cliffs and Grand Anse Beach. Infinity pools,
water sports and chef-driven cuisine are in
the works. The Silversands Resort also skirts
Grand Anse Beach and attendees will be able
to watch the waves roll in from a 300-ft pool
that spills out to the Caribbean Sea's edge,
while noshing on local bites al fresco or from
beachside or hillside villas.
Maher says although there is much fun
to be had at any of Grenada's top-notch
resorts, many incentive groups opt for their
own private island getaway on Calypso
Island for a day of sailing and snorkeling
followed by a sunset barbecue and
kebab dinner. The Grenada Underwater
Sculpture Park in the Moliniere-Beausejour
Marine Protected Area offers a water
adventure of another kind. Back on land, an
excursion with Sun Hunters Dune Buggy,
one of Grenada's newest attractions, can
be as laid-back or as thrilling as attendees
desire as they zip past waterfalls, wildlife and
forest and the lively villages of Beaulieu and

Constantine, where they can stop and shop
for authentic Grenadian crafts. The Seven
Sisters waterfall is on full display during a zip
line adventure course at Grenada Highwire.
Regardless of how attendees opt to
explore the islands, all roads should lead to
Diamond Chocolate Estate for the lasting
impression, Maher explains, where the cocoa
is organically grown and a bean-to-bar
tour results in a chocoholic experience that
even Wonka would woo over: chocolate
smoothies, bars or beer (oh my).

CRYSTAL CRUISES
When it comes to luxury, Crystal Cruises
follows a path of exclusivity, customization
and options, says Bruce Setloff, VP of
global charter sales and special products.
You can spot all three ideas in some of the
cruise line's recent developments. First case
in point is Crystal AirCruises, which is
transforming a twin-aisle Boeing 777 into
the ultimate incentive experience for top
performers: an 84-passenger air cruise
for 15- to 29-day itineraries to India, East

Africa, Australia, China, France and Italy.
Debuting this August, groups cruising the
skies can expect luxury accommodations,
Michelin-level dining and local cultural
entertainment. The air cruises come at
the heels of another development that
happened last year with Crystal Luxury
Air: the launch of an ultra-long-range
aircraft. A Bombardier Global Express XRS
is now available for private charters and
giving attendees a lift to Crystal's ocean
yacht or river voyages.
"Crystal's definition of luxury has
always remained simple: genuine service,
exclusive experiences and the commitment
to exceeding guests' wishes and
expectations," explains Setloff. "There really
is no one definition of luxury, but what luxury
groups value most is the ability to create
experiences that are meaningful for them,
and that they can tailor to their preferences."
