New openings include the Tahoe
City Lodge, which is set to open in fall
2018. The lodge will offer 118 total rooms,
including 78 one- and two-bedroom suites,
plus a rooftop deck and meeting facilities.
The Boulder Bay Resort & Wellness
Center in Crystal Bay is also in the planning
stages. It will be a multi-phased project that
will replace the current Tahoe Biltmore in
Crystal Bay. The mixed-use space is set to
offer retail, restaurants, a 10,000-sf casino,
20,000-sf health and wellness center and
300-room hotel.
