Aeroméxico
Delta and Aeroméxico launched their first codeshare in 1994.
Since then, the alliance has been working to create the most
comprehensive network between Mexico and the U.S. to
make travel between the countries easier than ever. In 2017,
the airlines launched their historic joint cooperation agreement
(JCA), forming the first and largest transborder alliance between
Mexico and the U.S. and providing access to more destinations
between the countries than any other carrier.

proven record of successful joint ventures, together with a long
history of working with Aeroméxico, will make this a great JCA.
We are now well positioned to provide significant benefits to our
customers, our businesses and our employees," said Delta's
CEO, Ed Bastian.
Delta and Aeroméxico's deepened partnership benefits
customers by giving them increased connectivity, allowing them
to reserve, buy and fly interchangeably between both airlines
and offering them reciprocal benefits for all frequent flier miles.
GOL
The Delta and GOL partnership was conceived with the goal
of becoming the leading alliance in the region, offering the best
products, schedules, connections, destinations, service and
value for customers of both airlines. The partnership serves
99 percent of all demand points between the U.S. and Brazil,
offering customers service to 30 destinations in Brazil, with
service to Paraguay and Uruguay, as well as access to Delta's
global network.
As an added bonus, frequent flyers can earn and redeem
miles on either GOL Smiles or the Delta SkyMiles programs
as they travel on the two airlines. Complimentary lounge
access, space-available upgrades, baggage fee waivers, and
priority check-in and boarding are also available to eligible Elite
members of both programs.
Aerolíneas Argentinas
Since 2015, Delta and Aerolíneas Argentinas' codeshare
agreement has been providing customers an expanded array
of travel options to and from the U.S. to Argentina and Uruguay.
The agreement gives Delta customer's access to flights

from Buenos Aires' Ministro Pistarini International Airport to
Montevideo, Uruguay, as well as to Mendoza and Cordoba, two
important destinations in Argentina.
Members of both airline's frequent flyer programs can enjoy
reciprocal access to their lounges, including more than 50
award-winning Delta Sky Club lounges in 85 airports worldwide
and Aerolíneas Argentinas Salon Condor in Buenos Aires.
Air France, KLM & Alitalia
Delta operates three ticket sales offices in the three main
business centers in Mexico: City of Mexico, Guadalajara, and
Monterrey through its joint venture with Air France, KLM and
Alitalia in Mexico. Delta established a joint venture with Air
France and KLM in 2009, with Alitalia joining in 2010. Today,
this joint venture is the most evolved model for successful
international airline cooperation, providing vast benefits for both
consumers and the business. Together, the airlines provide
more travel options for shared customers and invest in a better
overall customer experience.

Investing in the Customer Experience
Delta has invested billions of dollars in airport facilities, global
products and services, and technology to enhance the
customer experience in the air and on the ground.
RFID baggage tracking is among Delta's newest product
innovations. The technology allows passengers to track
their luggage with confidence, provides more transparency
and reduces the number of mishandled bags. In 2017, Delta
became the first U.S. global carrier* to offer free inflight mobile
messaging, giving more customers access to free messaging
via iMessage, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, than any
other carrier. Passengers can now stay connected with friends,
family and coworkers while in the air.
