REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR TWO-POSITION BICYCLE RACKS FOR FIXED ROUTE TRANSIT BUSES
The Lowell Regional Transit Authority (LRTA) is requesting proposals for the manufacture, and delivery of thirty-two (32) Two-position bicycle racks for its fixed route transit bus fleet. The LRTA invites sealed proposals to be received at the LRTA, 3rd Floor, Administration Office, 145 Thorndike St., Lowell, MA. Proposals will be accepted until 11 A.M. on Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Proposals received at the LRTA by that time shall then be opened and recorded as received for further evaluation.
