The Regional Transportation Authority (hereinafter RPTA) seeks a contractor to provide fixed route bus service from the northwest and southwest portion of Phoenix, Arizona serving the communities of El Mirage, Glendale, Goodyear, Maricopa County, Phoenix, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Wittman, and the Town of Wickenburg. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for all facets of service provision as described in this document, including selection and hiring of personnel qualified for the operation and maintenance of equipment and services.
