Chuck Baker

Baker represents the
National Railroad
Construction & Maintenance Association,
where he serves as the president, managing

regulatory programs. He is also involved
with the OneRail Coalition and ASLRRA.
David A. Brown
Chief Operating Officer
Genesee & Wyoming Inc.

From 2010 to early
2012, Brown served as
the executive vice
president and chief operating officer of
CSX Transportation (CSX), until he
assumed his current role of chief
operating officer at Genesee and Wyoming. Before his various leadership roles

at CSX, Brown worked for 25 years with
Norfolk Southern in strategic planning
and aided in the integration of the
Conrail acquisition.
