2017-2020 ILMA Board
of Directors Nominees
ILMA is pleased to introduce five nominees for positions
on its Board of Directors for the term of 2017-2020. An
official notice and voting information will be sent via
email to all Manufacturing Member Key Representatives
in late August.

DAVE CROGHAN

Dave Croghan has been with Maxum
Petroleum since August 2010 and is
currently vice president and general
manager, with responsibility for all
blending activities in the United States
and Panama. Prior to joining Maxum,
he was with Lubricating Specialties Co.
for over 10 years, holding various key sales and management
roles. Croghan has a diverse background in marine, automotive, commercial and industrial product segments. He has
been an active participant and attendee at ILMA meetings
since 2004 and has been a Board Member since 2011.

MICHAEL DAMIANI

Over the years, Mike Damiani has
served in a variety of roles at Radco
Industries, from plant operations to
field sales and international sales management, before assuming his current
position as CEO. Damiani earned a
Bachelor of Science in biochemistry
from Tufts University (Medford, Massachusetts) with an
emphasis in neuropsychopharmacology. His initial career
direction was toward medicine rather than business, but the
challenge of taking a small family business to another level
proved too alluring. This would be Damiani's second term
on the ILMA Board of Directors.

CHUCK DECKER

Cortland, and a master's degree from Monmouth University in
West Long Branch, New Jersey. Decker has been an active member of ILMA since 2002 and co-founded the Young Executive
Council with ILMA Past President Jarrett Flegel. This would be
Decker's second term on the ILMA Board of Directors.

LON FANNING

Lon Fanning, director of research and
development and technical support
of metalworking for Perkins Products
Inc., a division of Dubois Chemicals,
has been with the company for over 26
years and involved in the industry for
over 35. Fanning received his Bachelor
of Science in chemistry and Master of Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Fanning is an active member of STLE and ILMA. He
was chairman of the ILMA Metalworking Committee from
2009-2011 and ILMA representative to the UEIL's fourth
Symposium on Metal Removal Fluids. Fanning has been
on the ILMA Board of Directors since 2006 and served as
president from 2013-2014.

GREG JULIAN

Greg Julian, president of Advanced
Lubrication Specialties (ALS), has
been in the industry for over 25 years.
Prior to joining ALS, Julian worked
at Rohm and Haas while he earned a
mechanical engineering degree from
Drexel University. He is responsible
for handling national accounts for ALS and the day-to-day
operations of the company. Julian was president of ILMA
from 2006-2007 and has served on the Board of Directors
since 2002.

Charles "Chuck" Decker is president of
American Oil & Supply International
LLC and has been with the company
since 2001. He holds a degree in economics and management science from
The State University of New York at
