"The expansion of Tiarco's Dalton
site will allow us to maintain our excellent safety and environmental standards for both our employees and the
surrounding community," said Chris
James, director of operations at Dalton.
"Also, the increased footprint will provide space for future expansions."
Construction of the new unit began
in the first quarter of 2017 and will be
fully operational by the second quarter
of 2018. The additional capacity will
add approximately 40 percent to the site's
operational and quality control footprint.
PILOT CHEMICAL CO. ACQUIRES
ATRP SOLUTIONS INC.
Pilot Chemical Co., based in Cincinnati, Ohio, announced it has purchased ATRP Solutions Inc. (ATRP)
in Pittsburgh as of July 10.
The acquisition expands Pilot's
proprietary technologies in the oil field
chemicals, lubricant additives, and
paints and coatings markets. ATRP
brings with it a highly trained staff of
research scientists and a patent portfolio demonstrating years of ingenuity.

highly regarded organization like Pilot,"
said Patrick McCarthy, CEO of ATRP.
"Having Pilot's support and resources
will allow our team to build upon its
track record of technological discovery."
HYDROTEX ANNOUNCES NEW
SOUTH DAKOTA AND WISCONSIN
DIVISION PARTNERS
Hydrotex recently announced that
Stephanie DiGiovanni has joined the
company as division partner serving
the food processing, industrial and pupil transportation industries. Hydrotex
also announced Todd Hakl as division
partner serving the fuel, fleets and
agriculture industries.
DiGiovanni's efforts will span
southern Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Madison and Green Bay. "I
partner with companies to identify
opportunities to reduce downtime and
extend asset life by helping them make
measurable improvements in their
lubrication programs," she said. "I also
believe an educated team is invaluable
to maintaining a company's investment in machinery, so I work with
customers to make sure their teams
have the skills to ensure this."

DiGiovanni completed training at
Hydrotex's Lubrication University, is
HAZMAT certified and has a bachelor's
degree from the University of WisconsinOshkosh. She can be reached at

Hakl's efforts will span the eastern
half of the South Dakota, plus Eagle
Butte and the Spearfish/Sturgis area.
Hakl is a lifelong entrepreneur with 30
years of experience owning and operating his own businesses. His trademark
approach to partnering with clients
helped him excel at sales and established an approach that was adopted
as a national training protocol. "Being
of service is important to me," said
Hakl. "I get personally invested in my
customers' objectives, missions and
dreams."
Hakl has a Bachelor of Science in
business administration from the University of South Dakota. He is based
in Alcester, South Dakota, and can be
