2018-2021 ILMA Board
of Directors Nominees
ILMA is pleased to introduce five nominees for positions
on its Board of Directors for the term of 2018-2021. An
official notice and voting information will be sent via
email to all manufacturing member key representatives
in late August.
CATHARINE T. GOLDEN
Catharine T. Golden joined Etna Products Inc. in March 2003 after graduating
from Indiana University Bloomington
and has held several key management
positions at the company. Golden is
currently vice president of manufacturing
and is responsible for handling all of
the purchasing, customer service and information technology activities. She has been an active member of ILMA
since joining Etna in 2003 and has chaired the Family
Business Council and Young Executive Committee. She
also co-chaired the Innovative Business Council in 2012.
Golden has been an active member of the Metalworking
Fluids Committee since 2003 and served as chair from
2015-2017. This will be her second term on the ILMA
Board of Directors.
FRANK H. HAMILTON III
Frank Hamilton is president and owner
of South Atlantic Services Inc. (SAS).
He has been involved in the industry for
21 years. He received a Bachelor of Arts
from Davidson College and a Master of
Business Administration from University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has
been active in ILMA since 1991. Hamilton served as ILMA
president from 2015-2016. This will be his third term on
the ILMA Board of Directors.
KENT MORRIS
Kent Morris is president of Pinnacle Oil
Holdings LLC. With Pinnacle Oil since
2007, he has overall responsibility for the
company's strategic direction and dayto-day operations. Prior to joining
Pinnacle, Morris was based in the United
Kingdom, where he held a number of

marketing and general management positions for an industrial
conglomerate. He also spent a number of years in strategic
consulting. Morris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Dartmouth College and a master's degree from the Kellogg
Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
This will be his third term on the ILMA Board of Directors.
DAVID RICHARDS
David (Dave) Richards is chief operating
officer and an owner of RichardsApex
Inc., a fourth-generation family business
manufacturing proprietary lubricants for
the metalworking industries. Richards
graduated from Gettysburg College in
1987 with a Bachelor of Arts in business and from Penn
State University in 1991 with a Master of Management
degree. Richards has attended ILMA meetings since joining
in 2010. He has participated on the Innovative Business
Council, Metalworking Fluids Committee, SHERA Committee and has attended several fly-ins to Washington, D.C.,
to support ILMA's advocacy efforts. This will be his first
term on the ILMA Board of Directors.
SCOTT SCHWINDAMAN
Scott Schwindaman is president and
CEO of Lubrication Engineers (LE), a
Wichita, Kansas-based manufacturing
company with more than 100 employees
in the U.S. and a worldwide network of
independent consultants and distributors.
Schwindaman started at LE as a laboratory technician in
1981 and worked his way up, holding several positions -
including R&D manager, quality control manager and plant
manager - before being named to his current position
in 2007. He served as the 2017 Chairman of the Wichita
Regional Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors and
is a board member of the Chamber's Diversity & Inclusion
Task Force. He is a member of the Society of Automotive
Engineers (SAE International) and the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE) and has been
involved with ILMA since 2002, serving on a variety of
industry committees. This will be his second term on the
ILMA Board of Directors.
