Outdoor Kids Club NovDec - (Page 12) Making a Rattle Bag Materials Needed • • • • package of small square dowels single thin black sock small rope or twine thick rubber band Tools: • Hacksaw • Scissors 1 1 Have an adult cut square dowel to 6 inch pieces. 3 2 4 2 Place 10 dowels into the black sock. 3 Tie a piece of small rope about 1-2 inches above the end of the dowels.
