Use small minnows, worms, leeches, crickets, or grubs to help catch perch. Where do perch live? • Perch live from South Carolina to Kansas, and north into Canada. • They prefer clear water with a lot of weeds, sand and gravel bottoms. • Usually perch are in water less than 30 foot deep.
