Given the growth in the face-to-face media business and the increasing demand on exhibitors to demonstrate the return on their investment, the tradeshow marketing process needs to be streamlined to make sure the right traffic gets to the booth and the leads are truly qualified after the event. Our scalable event marketing programs deliver just the right mix of pre-show and post-show activities to meet your tradeshow needs. Tradeshow 360 The right package for you depends on the event size, target number of leads, and marketing objectives. Timeline Contact DM2 as far in advance as possible to plan the most effecitve execution of your event marketing effectiveness. Pre-show invitations are to be sent within 6-8 weeks before the show, timing to be scheduled based on client need. - Emails will be sent directly by DM2-DecisionMaker and can be deployed up to 3 times, 1 version each. - Postal names will be provided to you for mailing and can be mailed up to 3 times. Pre-show invitation calls will be scheduled within 3 weeks prior to the show or custom event. - Prospects called multiple times if needed. Leads will be qualified within 1-2 weeks after the event. - Lead definition and call guide will be agreed upon prior to the event. - Calls will begin as soon as the leads are received. - Leads will be distributed to you as soon as they are qualified or based on the timing requested by you. - Leads delivered will be ranked based on priority and sales-readiness for the marketer. New prospects will be added based on the profile of the qualified leads. - The profiling process will be completed within 2-4 weeks of the event completion. - The new prospects identified will then be qualified and delivered to the client in the same manner as the event leads that are qualified and ranked based on sales-readiness. Demographics included for new prospects Standard Data: Job Function, Title, Business/Industry, Sales Volume, Employee Size, Phone number, SIC Event Marketing Process 1. DM2 delivers postal names through list rental and/or sends email invitations to targeted prospects. 3. DM2 calls top prospects to invite them on marketer’s behalf to visit their booth while onsite at the show. 4. Marketer sends show leads to DM2 for qualification. Leads are qualified and additional marketing intelligence is gathered. 5. DM2 sends qualified leads and new qualified prospects, with the same lead profile, to marketer to close sales opportunities.
