Interval International has added Grand Laguna Beach in the Dominican Republic to its vacation exchange network. Currently under construction, the purpose-built, mixeduse resort is being developed by Inversiones Internacionales del Caribe, S.A., which is led by president Tim Neeb, a well-respected developer in Canada. The resort is being built on one of the few remaining beachfront sites on the north shore of the island between the towns of Sosua and Cabarete. Current plans call for both whole ownership and vacation ownership units, ranging in size from studio to three-bedroom. The unit design is a simple, elegant style, patterned after the old-world ambience of colonial architecture, and will include a spacious terrace. Registry Collection Partners with IFA Hotels & Resorts and Raimon Land to Unveil Three New Luxurious Resorts in Thailand The Registry Collection® exchange program, a large luxury exchange program and one of the Wyndham Worldwide family of brands (NYSE: WYN), announced the addition of three private residence clubs to its worldwide network. Each of the three private residence clubs developed by Raimon Land are located in Thailand and have been added through the IFA Collection, providing members with full access to the IFA network as well as The Registry Collection program. The IFA Collection consists of a luxury portfolio of international properties developed by IFA Hotels & Resorts, a major shareholder in Raimon Land and an international specialist in the development of mixed-use resorts. New Affiliates for Interval International Gardenia Resort Joins Vacation Exchange Network Interval International, a leading global provider of vacation services and an operating segment of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), announced the affiliation of Gardenia Resort, located in the holiday town of Hurghada on Egypt’s famed “Red Sea Riviera.” Scheduled for completion in 2011, this mixed-use property will be situated within easy reach of nearby golden sand beaches and local night life. Plans for the purpose-built resort call for 175 timeshare units, with a combination of studios, and one- Pafiana Heights Interval International has added Pafiana Heights to its vacation exchange network. Located in the outskirts of Paphos on the southwest coast of Cyprus, the resort comprises 57 units that are furnished to high standards. Amenities at the property include a spa with sauna and whirlpool, a gym and fitness center, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, and a roof garden with bar.
