Gregory J. Neiderer, P.E., has been named restoration department head for Walker Restoration Consultants’ Philadelphia office. Neiderer has been with Walker for 17 years and will focus on expanding the firm’s client base in the Mid-Atlantic Region. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Penn State University and is a professional engineer licensed in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. James W. Pudleiner, P.E., was promoted to director of operations of the Philadelphia office. He will be responsible for overseeing all the production and design activities in the office. Pudleiner received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Penn State University and is a professional engineer licensed in Pennsylvania. Joseph J. Juzwiak, P.E., has been promoted to MEP department head. He will be responsible for the companyside coordination of staff and technical expertise for mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing design. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Western Michigan University and is a licensed professional engineer in Michigan, Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana and New Jersey. Christopher J. Gradziel, P.E., project engineer in the Boston office, for recently passing the Principles & Practice of Engineering/Structural I examination. He is now a professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Brandon C. Schrenker, P.E., design engineer of the Boston office, for recently passing the Principles & Practice of Engineering/Structural I examination. He is now a professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Greenscape also announced that Nick Skomorowski has joined the management group as a senior advisor to the company’s wholly owned energy retrofit company, Green. Switch. Skomorowski has had a diverse project management career during which he has supervised more than $1 billion in construction projects over a 40-year period. Green Courte Partners, LLC, announced the promotion of Ami A. Shah and Marnie C. Helfand to vice president. As a vice president, Shah will continue and expand upon her existing role within Green Courte’s Retail Asset Management group. Helfand joined Green Courte in June 2008. As vice president, she will continue and expand upon her existing role within Green Courte’s Capital Markets group. One of the Midwest’s leading precast structural engineers, John Wang, Ph.D., S.E., will play a strategic role in the engineering capabilities and continued success of The Spancrete Group, Inc. The company recently announced the addition of Dr. Wang to the position of vice president engineering services. With more than 20 years of precast engineering experience, Wang is responsible for the design of more than 250 precast parking structures, as well as precast stadiums, high-rise hotels and industrial facilities. American Land Lease, Inc. and Green Courte Partners, LLC announced that David B. Lentz has been named president and chief executive officer of American Land Lease. In addition, Shannon E. Smith has been named chief operating officer of American Land Lease and will continue to serve as its chief financial officer. Lentz is also a managing director of Green Courte, where he has been affiliated since June 2003.

Kyle D. Stanish, Ph.D., S.E., P.E., project manager in the Chicago office, for recently passing the Illinois Structural Engineering Exam. He is now an Illinois licensed structural engineer. He is already a licensed professional engineer in the states of Illinois and Tennessee. Kathryn E. Stairs, P.E., design engineer in the Philadelphia office, for recently passing the Principles & Practice of Engineering examination in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
