Employee Onboarding: A Three-Phase Program That Will Work for You and Your New Employee
Who hasn’t heard the story about a new employee’s first day on the job, where his or her manager hands over a set of keys with a promise to return, only to disappear? The employee is then forced to guess what to do. Many owners are looking for opportunities to protect and maintain the parking assets they have, rather than building new facilities.

New construction in this setting presents unique opportunities for the planners and facility operators to come together and improve the experience for employees and visitors alike. In the case of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, we were able to incorporate several new features into facilities opened over the past two years.
