Greenscape Capital Group Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement with RBC Capital Markets through which RBC will act as Greenscape’s exclusive financial advisor and agent to assist it in arranging construction financing related to the development of Denver Green Park DIA. Green Park DIA will be the world’s greenest parking facility and will service the Denver International Airport. Green Park DIA will have 4200 stalls and has an appraised value, upon completion of construction $31.7 million.

ABM Industries Incorporated announced the promotion of two of its senior ABM Facility Services executives. Mark Muglich has been named president of Ampco System Parking. Chris Hansen has been promoted to president of ABM Security Services. Muglich has been an executive at Ampco System Parking since 1993 and most recently served as Ampco’s executive vice president and acting president. Hansen most recently served as ABM Security Services’ executive vice president, with responsibility for operations and sales. Hansen has more than 30 years of experience in the security industry. Colonial Parking of Washington, D.C. announced the appointment of David C. Souders to the position of vice president, finance and control, and chief financial officer. Most recently employed by Gate Gourmet, Inc., a northern Virginia-based $500M company, Souders’ career includes more than 17 years of experience with private and publicly-held companies focusing on strategic planning, business process design, budgeting, forecasting and benchmarking, taxation and treasury functions. Prior to his tenure at Gate Gourmet, he served as the CFO of BOWA Builders, Inc. for nearly five years. Souders holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia Tech and a master’s of business administration from Hood College, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Maryland. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. Digital Payment Technologies announces the recent hiring of Pascal Rollmann as director, Channel Sales. This is a new position for DPT designed to provide an improved level of support and structure for its value added resellers. Rollmann has been in the technology sector for the past 12 years where he gained significant experience managing the Channel Sales division at Absolute Software Corporation. DPT also announces the appointment of Alan Menezes as its new vice president, Product Management and Marketing. Menezes replaces Chris Chettle, who is now senior vice president, Sales. Menezes has more than 20 years of experience in product management and marketing. Prior to joining DPT, he served in senior management roles at a number of companies in Silicon Valley, from startups to public entities. In 1990, he co-founded OnStream Networks, a supplier of broadband wide-area network products, which was successfully acquired by 3Com in 1996. Subsequently, Alan joined Aperto Networks, a manufacturer of broadband wireless access equipment, shortly after the company’s founding, and during his six years with Aperto, led the company to successful product launches, deep market penetration, and significant analyst mindshare. Menezes holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alberta, Canada. 


Finfrock Construction, Inc. was recently selected by Downtown Dania Beach Development LLC to provide the design and construction services for a 440-car garage for Dania Beach City Hall. The ground plus three elevated level garage will be located in the City of Dania Beach, Fla., and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2010. Finfrock is currently constructing another garage located in Dania Beach for the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority. Impark has expanded its operations into the State of Louisiana with multi-year contracts to manage parking operations at two landmark properties in New Orleans. The facilities include a 777-space parking garage serving the Place St. Charles retail and class ‘A’ office building. In addition, Impark assumed parking management responsibilities at Lakeway Center; a three-building property featuring more than 1.1 million square feet of Class A office space served by three garages totaling almost 3,700 spaces. Impark partnered with local firm Royal Parking on both projects. TagMaster North America, Inc. has just added Mount Royal College—Lincoln Park campus in Calgary, Alberta, Canada to its successfully installed customer base, strengthening its market presence in the university sector and in Canada. Trafco (Canada) Ltd., a trusted Canadian solution provider with a focus on the transportation industry, spearheaded the installation.

WALTER P MOORE recently announced that Mark Larsen, P.E., has been named operations director for its Structural Engineering Services Group. In this role, Larsen will provide overall operational leadership for the firm’s structural engineering activities, which encompass 11 offices and projects nationwide and around the world. Larsen has more than 15 years of national experience and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
