Exhibit booth personnel registrations will not be accepted for anyone who is not a bona fide employee of an exhibiting company, including but not limited to customers, prospective customers, distributors, or dealers of exhibiting companies. A fee of $25 per badge will apply to all name changes, regardless of date of submission.

NPA Exhibitor Manual
After your exhibitor application and booth payment are received, a detailed NPA Exhibitor Manual will be sent to you electronically by Freeman Decorating Services. The manual includes the following:

Booth Selection
Exhibitors at NPA’s 2009 show will be given exclusive opportunity for booth selection during the dates and times indicated on the reverse side of the 2010 Exhibit Space Contract. After that, booth selection will be opened up to other exhibitors and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
