AGC Training Center - (Page 10) Registration Policies HOW TO REGISTER Register on-line at www.agc-ca.org or complete the enrollment form and return with your check made payable to “AGC of California” or with your credit card information. Mail the form to AGC of California at 1906 West Garvey Avenue South, Suite 100, West Covina, CA 91790 or fax at 626-608-5810. A contact name, phone number, fax number, and attendees’ names are necessary; along with email addresses should AGC need to advise students of class changes or cancellations. You will receive a confirmation for the registered class. CLASS LOCATIONS Read each course description / flyer for location of classes. CHANGES AND ADDITIONS Additional classes may be added to the AGC-CA curriculum at any time depending upon training needs. Please check the AGC of California’s website at www.agc-ca.org, or call AGC-CA at 626-608-5800 for updated information. 2009 JANUARY – JUNE Training and Educational Catalog PAYMENT Full course payment must accompany each registration for all attendees prior to class. Payment can be made by check or credit card. Credit Card (CC): Fax or mail CC information with registration or phone in CC information to Anh Tran at 626-6085800. Master Card, Visa, and American Express accepted. Credit card payment can be made online. This information is encrypted and secure. All credit card information is destroyed after it is charged. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made in writing, by fax or email 72 hours prior to the start date of class for registrants to receive a refund. All persons that do not cancel their registration are responsible for full payment. MEMBER FEE Applies to AGC-CA member that is in good standing of AGC of California. LIMITED CLASS SIZE Read each course description for identification of limited class size. Limited classes will be filled on a first come first served. INSUFFICIENT CLASS REGISTRATIONS AGC-CA reserves the right to cancel any course or class. Registrants will be notified 48 hours in advance of start date.
