He has been involved in over 1,000 projects throughout the Western states. During this time, the Phase One work has expanded to oversight of soil investigations, remediation, and Underground Storage Tank removal. His lead, asbestos, and Phase I clients include Los Angeles County Public Works Department, Los Angeles County Fire Departments, Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Diego County Environmental health Department, County of Orange Water District, San Bernardino County Department of Environmental Health Services/Hazardous Materials Division, South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD), and numerous private businesses. T. JOSEPH DECOLLIBUS Superintendent McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. As a construction professional, with a combination of formal education, technical skills, and over 28 years of achievement in the construction industry as a Superintendent and Manager, Joe’s background includes: planning, scheduling and coordinating self performed work forces on complex cast in place concrete projects. He has particular expertise in structural concrete projects including high rise structures, subterranean parking garages, tilt-ups, composite structural steel buildings, pre-cast and post tension structures. ANWAR HAFEEZ President and Founder, SDC & Associates Anwar Hafeez is a respected engineer and construction project manager, who has personally supervised over $1.4 Billion of major construction projects over the past 35+ years and settled over $200 Million of Change Orders & Claims. His most notable projects include the San Diego Convention Center, Los Angeles Central Library, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Expansion for the 1984 Olympics, Washington DC Subway System (WMATA), Radisson’s Flagship Hotel in Manhattan Beach (CA), Armed Forces Medical University in Bethesda (MD), and Walter Reed Army Hospital Barracks. JEANNIE DONALDSON Consultant/Trainer Alliance Solutions Group Jeannie has almost 15 years experience working with accounting software and technology in the construction industry. She has implemented several systems as a controller and dozens of systems as a software consultant. She strives to provide simple yet powerful implementations and credits her ability to do both from the years of training she received from the Master Trainers at Timberline. Jeannie works with Accounting, Project Management, Service Management and Document Management systems. JIM HOEPPNER Trainer/Consultant Alliance Solutions Group A Timberline Certified Estimating Consultant, has a BS degree in Construction Administration from the University of WisconsinMadison. He has worked as a construction manager and estimator in residential and commercial construction. He started with Timberline Software at the Oregon headquarters in 1998 and became the Estimating Certification Manager before deciding to work as consultant in 2002. Jim is fluent in Spanish. ROBIN DAVIS, CPA Trainer/Consultant Alliance Solutions Group Robin Davis is a CPA that specializes in providing high level services to the construction and real estate industry. She spent her early career as an executive with an international real estate development firm. Her practice now focuses on providing part time CFO services to companies that are in transition, providing project management to firms converting software systems as well as consulting and training on operational and accounting software. Robin has extensive real world experience with many software packages including Sage Timberline Office.
