He oversees business growth approach and planning functions; manages negotiations of contracts and special appearances; advertising/sales promotion strategies and compiles, analyzes, and interprets statistical data. Tim is also a Lead staff trainer with responsibilities including educational program design, development and implementation. LARRY J. SMITH, P.E., F.ASCE, CCM Chief of Construction Branch, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District Larry J. Smith, P.E., F.ASCE, CCM is the Chief of Construction Branch for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District. Larry manages a team of 125 Engineers and Construction Managers overseeing Military and Civil Construction in Northern California, Northern Nevada, and Utah. Mr. Smith has a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Utah. Larry is a Registered Professional Engineer in California and Utah and a Certified Construction Manager. Larry is an instructor for the Corps of Engineers Professional Development Center teaching Construction Contract Administration, Network Scheduling, Construction Quality Management and a host of short subjects on demand for Corps of Engineers students around the globe. EVE WERBE Consultant/Trainer Alliance Solutions Group Eve is a consultant/trainer that specializes in Sage Timberline Office. She brings over 12 years of real world experience with Timberline as the CFO for several large contractors in Southern California. She now focuses her time on helping companies implement and fine tune processes and procedures as well as implement software appliacations to enhance reporting and workflow. Eve has a BS in Business Administration and has a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree so she likes to specializes in Construction Accounting, Project Management, Technology, Legal and Risk issues of construction firms. BRADLEY A. PRILL, MIS, CIH, CSP Trainer/Consultant, JoshuaCasey Corporate Training Brad is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) as well as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Mr. Prill has over sixteen years of project management and administration experience in all facets of industrial hygiene, occupational safety and health, and environmental compliance. Brad is an active member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and the American Society of Safety Engineers. He also prides himself on developing long term relationships with the clients and students alike. BRIAN WEATHERLY MBA, CSP JoshuaCasey Corporate Training Brian Weatherly is a Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with over a decade of proven management consulting experience. Brian is serving and assisting clients in planning, developing and executing methods to integrate Safety, Health & Environmental into the core business processes. Brian is active with industry associations. He is currently the Vice President of the American Society of Safety Engineer’s (ASSE) South Texas Chapter and is active at the regional and national level. He is a member of the National Safety Council (NSC) and the National Environmental Safety and Health Trainers Association. JIM WRIGHT OSHA 500, Journeyman, HAZMAT Specialist, Contractor’s A License Instructor/ EH&S Manager Global Environmental Network As an actively involved Construction Professional, with over 11 years of field and technical experience, Jim has extensive qualifications including a BA in Business Management, a General Contractor’s License with a Hazmat Endorsement, 40 hour HAZWOPER Certification; R.A.D. Worker Two Certification; O.S.H.A. 500 Site Safety & Health Training Certification; 24 hr Hazardous Material (land site investigations) Certification; Site Safety Supervisor Management Training; Hazardous Waste Operations Supervisor Management Training; and many others. He has specific experience as a Heavy Equipment Competent Person and Internal Instructor where he oversaw and developed training manuals for a variety of heavy equipment and thousands of students.
