team had a big year in 2021, with
revenue increasing 205%. Average
deal size jumped 60% as the team
consulted clients to optimize audiences
and weekly frequency levels.
Other big wins: pharma delivered a 10x increase in spending, Ampersand's addressable TV business now accounts for 72% of the addressable
universe across MVPD partners Comcast, Charter, Cox, Verizon and Altice USA. Along the way, the team has generated new billing streams with

The national sales team leverages Ampersand's AND Platform to win new business and gain market share by promoting incremental reach
opportunities and self-serve capabilities including access to addressable TV household counts. With ad tech changing at warp speed, these
specialists have made a name for themselves by providing clients with the ins and outs of advertising across linear, VOD and streaming. And
the team stays involved after the handshake-monitoring the implementation of addressable TV campaigns from pitch-to-pay to ensure client
satisfaction through collaboration with Advanced TV Data & Account Management teams.

This dynamic group helped grow SVOD Hallmark
Movies Now's subscriber base a whopping 50%
year-over-year with agreements in place with
Apple TV, Comcast, DISH, Roku and others. Most notably, the Crown
Media team reached a deal with YouTube TV to launch Hallmark
Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama on the
streaming service. The icing on the gingerbread cookie was that
the agreement came as Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies
& Mysteries prepared to launch holiday programming initiatives
" Countdown to Christmas " and " Miracles of Christmas, " respectively.
