Crown Media Digital Team
Crown Media is known for really connecting with its audience, but you literally can't connect if there isn't a strong digital team behind the
scenes. This group supports streaming platforms Hallmark Movies Now and Hallmark TV as well as the Hallmark Movie Checklist app,
which helps users keep track of movies and series available on Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and Hallmark Drama. In
addition to managing digital services, the team of 10 works with nearly every Crown Media business unit, including marketing, ad sales,
operations, on-air and design, PR and programming. This vital group is responsible for making sure those clever contests and sweepstakes
go off without a hitch. The proof is in the (holiday?) pudding, with Hallmark Channel's " Very Merry Giveaway " racking up over 75
million entries and the new " Countdown to Christmas " movie game delivering 19 million trivia questions answered by fans. The team also
supports Hallmark's expanding SVOD service, Hallmark Movies Now, which has grown its subscriber base 50% year over year. In keeping
on brand, this digital team embodies Crown Media's uplifting spirit. Director Daryl Evans chairs Crown's Employee Resource Committee,
while Senior Manager Laura Passero leads the ERC's Workforce committee. VP Josie Ventura is a representative on Crown's D&I Business
Leaders Team and is a founding member of the LA chapter of CHIEF, a private network supporting women leaders. And multiple team
members are active in organizations including ATAS, the PGA, NAMIC and WICT.

This group is constantly coming up with new solutions, such as the recently unveiled Inventory Library. The innovative offering allows users
to discover, analyze, and execute on inventory deals within Xandr's demand-side platform. Buyers will initially be able to access Xandr's
Premium Video Catalog, offering 1,200+ searchable, always-on video and CTV deals across premium publishers in the U.S., with plans
to include additional catalogs supporting more geographies, formats and supply sources. Another win for this team was the creation of
the Xandr Design System, which helps the company's various teams build product quickly through react-based Ul components, page and
interaction templates, look-and-feel guidelines and more.
