Inclusion starts with equal access to
a platform. Ducard leads the development
of YouTube's key responsibility
and public interest partnership efforts including Learning, Social
Impact, Kids & Family, Health and Human Rights & Racial Justice.
One of the key issues with health education is that not everyone
has the same access, so Ducard's team welcomed a new health
partnerships vertical that brings high-quality and trusted health
content to viewers across the globe. He's made sure everyone has
access to the same information on their terms by working with
more than 85 local health authorities and public health experts
across the world. The efforts created visible methods of information-sharing
from public health authorities and various campaigns
to address vaccine hesitancy. Ducard also announced a $100
million commitment from YouTube supporting Black creators and
artists through the #YouTubeBlack Voices Fund and welcomed a
class of grantees to the program. He cites YouTube Originals series
" Retro Tech " as a series embracing diversity today. " We don't always
see Black people represented in tech so I think that show is
doing a lot to position tech as both cool and accessible, " he says.

An empathetic voice and compassionate
style of leadership has helped Due
become a standout in the crowd-traits which were never needed
more than in this past year of racial reckoning following the murder
of George Floyd and an insurrection at the Capitol. She shared
her sentiments and thoughts with the organization worldwide, and
the feedback was outstanding, with employees saying it made
them feel connected and hopeful. Due recently kicked off " LIFT
Leaders Impact the Future of Talent, " which is WarnerMedia's new
six-month-long mentorship program. It strategically pairs women
and people of color at the levels of senior manager and below
with senior leaders across the News and Sports division who have
participated in the company's " Path to Equity " training.

Fuentes has successfully managed
communications during an unprecedented period of growth
and change in the company's history, including major divisional
realignments, key executive changes, multi-faceted talent deals
and the company's move into DTC/SVOD. Additionally, she led the
Studios and Networks Group's internal and external messaging
related to the COVID-19 global pandemic. Through it all, she has
remained a good ear for those whom she mentors, and she always
suggests " finding a willing listener " to have open conversations
with. " You need someone on the other end who is willing to
participate in dialogue with an open mind, " she says. " And if you
find that you're in a room with those who aren't willing to listen, or
take your comments not in the spirit in which they were genuinely
intended, then perhaps it's time to change rooms. "

Under Gray's leadership, A+E has
supercharged its strategies with allencompassing
results-communication
was the key. She advanced additional employee resource
groups and established monthly internal-led town hall discussions
as open, honest, educational forums for listening and feedback.
Every step of the way, she collaborated with employees to
ensure transparent participation. She also spearheaded the firstever
Diversity Advisory Council with employee subcommittees,
setting DEI goals from talent recruitment and retention to vendor
choices. And in 2020, Gray was instrumental in creating " Voices
Magnified, " an ongoing A+E Networks multi-platform campaign
highlighting changemakers who are uniting people and finding
solutions to social justice issues. She did it all with empathy at
the center. " No matter how thorny an issue may be, there is a
trust that builds up when you know someone will always tell it
like it is and be timely about it, while at the same time acknowledging
you and how you may be feeling, " she says.
