skills. Network. Even though you may not
have been in a formal office setting, you
have a network of people that want to see
you succeed. Use them, ask for advice
and referrals. Practice your elevator pitch.

helped lead the hiring of its first chief DEI
officer, and played a vital role in the recent
strategic reorganization to better position

industry. Caserta says pay
equity is top of mind at AMC, where the
senior leadership team is more than 50%

asking is what practices can we put in
place to ensure equal pay for equal work. "

work experience was a valuable
aspect of what I brought to the table, even
though I wanted to move into a different
direction professionally, " she says. " I did

took time off. "

Last year, Due remained
committed to cultivating a culture
of employee engagement and connectivity
despite the pandemic. She oversaw the
creation of several internal initiatives, including

perspectives on current topics, and LIFT
Leaders Impact the Future of Talent, a sixmonth
mentorship program. Globally, she
has fostered partnerships between Warner
Bros. and diverse organizations, including
Most Influential People of African Descent.
Together they planned an initiative to
amplify global Black narratives following
the opening of the 76th United Nations
General Assembly.
