Spade's star has risen quickly at
AMC Networks. She was upped
in September from COO/CFO to
her current role, succeeding Matt
Blank and becoming one of the
industry's only female CEOs. As
she spearheads the company's
expansion via targeted streaming
services and strong-owned IP, she
manages day-to-day operations
through a DEI lens that ensures
support for diversity across the
company and the content it puts
forth.

It encapsulates all that one needs
to do to be successful, which is to

and execute strongly to achieve it.

and voice customers. She serves as

Resource Group Mentorship Program
and as a National Champion for
LGBTQ-focused Out@Comcast, and
encourages and celebrates inclusivity,
self-expression and solidarity.
For inspiration, I often
reference a quote from Ginni
Rometty, the former CEO of
IBM, where she reminds leaders to get
comfortable with being uncomfortable.
'The idea of growth and comfort
do not co-exist. If you are going to
grow, you will be uncomfortable.' "

In the past year
Cox ramped its
Market Expansion
team to ensure it had the process
in place to access federal grant
dollars to bridge the digital divide
while advocating for communities.
Langner also is proud of how Cox
empowers women in non-traditional
roles, hiring, training and mentoring
women through programs like " MentorUp "
and " Unbound. "
Early in my career success
was more 'me' driven and
how was I achieving that
next step up. I quickly learned there
was no 'I' in " TEAM " and I moved to

Thomasma's passion
for storytelling
has driven the rapid
growth of streamer AMC+, which
saw 46% year-over-year growth,
resulting in 10.8 million subscribers
in 2Q22. She also leads the curation
and selection of commercial-free
content for the service's library and
she has a staunch commitment to
representation. One of her initiatives,
" Galaxy of Women, " spotlights women
in front of and behind the camera.
I love television. And
storytelling and storytellers.
And being at the nexus of
change. It's an exciting, transformative
time for the industry, opening the door
for new ideas, new voices and new
business models. It's never been more
fun-and challenging-and I love
