commitment to assist underserved communities. She sets
Comcast's DEI strategy daily and plays an integral role
in driving the Affordable Connectivity Program. WilsonScott
has served as a mentor through WICT, NAMIC and
ColorComm and through Comcast's extensive ERB network.
When I left grad school, the one goal that carried me
for many years was making sure that each year my
scope of responsibility increased in some way. Now
I would say my goal is to ensure that my sphere of influence
and impact increases in an intentional way every year. "
Dana McLeod

McLeod's hats are many, but all
seem to be a perfect fit. She not
only negotiated the partnership
that allows Evoca customers to
add Sling TV plans to their subscriptions,
but she played the
role of technical assistant through the integration of
the channels into Evoca's UI. A former college athlete,
she's also built relationships with universities to push
women's athletics to more viewers.
It never hurts to ask for what you want-the
worst thing someone can say is no. This
insight has taken me a long time to become
comfortable with. "

As the leader of advanced analytics
for Disney Ad Sales, McGraw
has ushered in numerous
advancements. That's epitomized in the Disney clean
room solution she and her team created, which helps
deliver audience insights. She also is a board member
of The Last Mile Education Fund.
My career began coaching women's college
basketball. There was a great deal of immediacy
in how success was defined, essentially
by wins and losses. As my career has shifted, I still very
much define success as a team endeavor, but my
definition of success has evolved to take a much
broader view that allows wins to be less immediate but
leave a much longer impact. "
Dana Zimmer

Nexstar Media
Zimmer has continued expanding
Nexstar's reach despite high
churn in the industry, striking
deals with platforms such as
Hulu, YouTube and Fubo. She also
oversaw the transition of WGN America to NewsNation.
Zimmer is a member of Nexstar's DE&I Council
and is on the advisory board for the Newhouse School
of Communications at Syracuse University.
Companies should pay women equitably and
fairly, provide them with comprehensive
benefits that will allow for a healthy lifestyle
and give them autonomy to do their job. I've found that
successful women will work incessantly if these
fundamentals are met and if they have flexibility on
how to do their job. "
Danielle Brown
SVP, Data Enablement
& Category Strategy
Disney Ad Sales
It takes a lot to wrangle data and
targeting solutions, measurement
and audience insights but Brown
has risen to the task for two decades. She's worked
on upfront strategies and negotiations over the years,
helping create sponsorship opportunities for brands.
Brown also co-leads a team of advocates on diversity
and inclusion initiatives at the company and serves on
the DMED DE&I Council.
I look forward every year to The Brotherhood
Sister Sol (BroSis) Annual Voices Gala. The
event features the words of BroSis members
and alumni-their award-winning poetry, prose and
short films. Their commentary on the world is truly
inspirational! "

Dawn Botti
EVP, Legal & Business Affairs
AMC Studios & Streaming Services
Botti significantly expanded her
role last year to include all legal
and business affairs for AMCN's
scripted development slate and
the acquisition and co-financing
of programming across its streaming services. She
oversaw deals around the largest new original content
slate in the company's history, including 17 active
AMC Studios productions.
I truly believe that our industry impacts
society like nothing else. Through storytelling
we are able to humanize issues and bring
people together through empathy and understanding. I
