There's no denying that distribution is a challenging profession, but Craig makes it look almost easy, negotiating
agreements with more than 175 carriers as well as managing Nexstar's relationships with DirecTV, Charter, Hulu and
Cable One. And twice in five years Craig has helped reposition WGN America-first from a satellite to a cable distribution
model and then from a scripted-series primetime network to 24/7 news channel NewsNation. " I have been fortunate
to work with Kim from the ground up, " Nexstar Distribution President Dana Zimmer says. " She started with me as
an intern and has blossomed into a seasoned executive who is well regarded by her clients and peers alike. I marvel at
her ability to assess complicated situations and reach common ground, thereby creating win-wins. " When Craig joined
Nexstar as part of the Tribune Media acquisition, she got to work designing a new, optimized system of communication
across the 600+ MVPDs distributing Nexstar's media. She likes the challenge. " Nexstar is a much bigger company than
Tribune. We went from representing around 40 stations to almost 200 stations, " she says. " However, despite its size, it
continues to maintain its commitment to local programming and content production and support the communities in
which they operate. It makes me proud that our efforts on the distribution side help support these local efforts. " Craig
cut her teeth at Comcast Networks as National Accounts Director, rising to Senior Director of National Accounts before
joining Tribune-first as a consultant, but quickly joining the team full-time. Her best professional advice for others?

Since joining the communications team as a manager in June 2021, Woulard has made quite the mark-orchestrating
a global press tour for a singing competition series from the creators of " RuPaul's Drag Race " and garnering coverage
for the MTV VMAs and launch of Paramount+ in the U.K. But it's not just about the press hits for Woulard. She's helped
create opportunities and activations that showcase representation and discussions that have often been verboten in
communities of color, from mental health to gender identity. For example, with over 1,000 media placements for The
Smithsonian Channel's " The Color of Care, " Woulard helped spark a national conversation about racial disparity in
health care that included an L.A. Times cover story and an op-ed in the Chicago Tribune. Recently promoted to director,
Woulard has become a sought-after speaker, participating in events such as Black Media Honors Consortium and
Black Girls in Media The Conference. " Public speaking is something that has always come natural to me, " she says. " As
I began to become more open and transparent about my professional journey and work with diversity organizations,
people began to reach out and invite me to share my journey or impart my knowledge to others. It has definitely
helped me to realize what I want my purpose and legacy to be, which is helping others realize their potential and creating
space in creative industries for BIPOC professionals. " Liza Burnett Fefferman, EVP and Head of Communications

from Woulard's first interview that she would bring something special to the team. " She has a confidence and layered
perspective of the entertainment industry, but important for our function, a keen understanding and deft mastery of

cultural impact, " says Fefferman.
