With nearly 200,000 customers in North Carolina and Virginia, Anderson is on the hunt for
more. He's leading Lumos, which completed its separation from Segra in October, on a fiber
expansion campaign. Recent projects include more than 650 miles of route fiber within
Virginia's Alleghany Highlands, with Lumos on track to add more than 12,000 homes and
businesses across five additional Virginia communities by the end of 2022. Armed with a
wealth of experience from past senior roles at Segra, NTELOS and Sprint, Anderson is building
out Lumos' multi-year strategy as a standalone company. ■

The Latino TV audience grew in 2021, and so did Telemundo. Barroeta and Rosado lead large teams
that are responsible for different aspects of the company, and together they've led the expansion of
Telemundo from both a domestic and international standpoint as well as development of newly created
OTT platform TPLus. Barroeta also serves as executive producer for superseries " Malverde: El Santo
Patron, " which chronicles the exploits of the Mexican folk icon, and romantic comedy " La Suerte de
Loli. " Romina has been busy leading the growth of Latino content on Peacock and across all Telemundo
and NBCU direct-to-consumer platforms.
