When it comes to all money matters, no one is
higher on the Comcast Cable corporate ladder
than Steven Croney. And there's a good reason
for that. Under his leadership as Chief Financial
Officer, for the 12 months that ended Dec. 31,
2021, Comcast Cable's revenue increased 7.1%
to $64.3 billion compared to 2020 and Cable Adjusted
EBITDA increased 11.2% to $28.1 billion.

paying off, and the operator celebrated surpassing $1 billion in
operating revenue in February. ■

It is true that as lead negotiator for Paramount, Hopkins has a powerful
cable, premium and broadcast television portfolio at his fingertips (and
two seats from the original Yankee Stadium displayed in his office). But
it is still up to him to leverage the company's content and capabilities to
unlock growth, create opportunities and maximize value across viewing
platforms. This past year, Hopkins led several successful negotiations with
major cable operators; several of the resulting deals included licensing of
streaming services such as Paramount+ and Pluto TV. Moving forward,
Hopkins has plans to drive live linear and on-demand digital distribution
deals with third-party platforms including vMVPDS and mobile carriers.
What does the metaverse mean to you? Makes me want to
get out and socialize even more with family, friends and
colleagues.

Band I'd go see live: For anyone my age who grew up in
Jersey, it has to be Bruce Springsteen and E Street Band.
What childhood memento have you kept? I have kept a ticket stub for every
sporting event I have attended since being a kid. Well over 1,000 tickets.
Your YouTube rabbit hole? Golf instructional videos. One of these instructors
has to help my game! ■
