After the double whammy of a devastating derecho and the pandemic, Carroll realized how urgent the need is to make reliable access
to high-quality bandwidth available to all. So, she tripled the pace of ImOn's 2021 expansion plans. Up first was expanding ImOn's fiber
network throughout Iowa City, including providing free WiFi at two Iowa City parks and at the Pedestrian Mall. Once the Iowa City rollout is
completed, Carroll plans to bring the fiber network to Cedar Rapids and Dubuque.
Has the telco rollout of 5G wireless in North America impacted your business? We have not seen a significant negative impact
on our business from 5G. Throughout this pandemic, we have seen consistently growing demand for wired broadband
services. While there may be a growing number who use wireless hotspots, we are still experiencing strong demand for
the quality and reliability that fiber-based broadband services provide.
A favorite dish that you can also make yourself? My parents were from Minnesota, where Hot Dish was a big deal. I love a
pasta dish with spicy sausage and tomato. It's my go-to dish when I'm entertaining. And it's my comfort food when I've
had a challenging day!
What childhood memento have you kept? I have two-two books I have kept since childhood, " Readers Digest Treasures for Young
Readers. " These had stories about space travel, mysteries to solve, puzzles, etc. They are a wonderful combination of science and
literature. I got one for Christmas two years in a row, and I've kept them through the years. My kids grew up on them too! ■

Bucket List: Meeting a grandchild
Magnolia is off and running-and thriving-thanks in large part to
the strategic and creative vision of Page, who was hand-picked to
run the Chip and Joanna Gaines empire. The linear network had a
stellar debut in January with more than 3 million viewers tuning in
on Day 1 to experience the official rebrand from DIY, and it has kept
them coming back with more than 150 hours or premium unscripted
programming. Notably, the first two episodes of the Gaineses'
original series " Fixer Upper: Welcome Home " smashed all previous
metrics on record. Page is equally immersed in growing Magnolia's
digital presence; look for lots more creator-driven content on all
fronts.

What's your Wordle strategy? I always start with
stray, then fleck then mound. My strategy
means I don't always finish in as few tries as I
might otherwise, but I haven't missed an answer yet.

Shawn Colvin, Dar Williams. Yes, I graduated college in the
'90s.
