Laulis has been at the forefront of many Cable One milestones,
which she continues to achieve as it conducts
strategic investments and acquisitions. Under her purview
in 2022, Cable One invested in Ziply Fiber and created a JV
with three other organizations to invest in and support the
growth of Clearwave Fiber after its divestiture from Cable
One. It also made capital investments totaling nearly $950
million during the past three years as Cable One remains
locked in on improving the infrastructure across its brands.
While Laulis has established herself during her more than
36-year career, she's adopted a " question everything " mindset
she hopes will spread throughout the company in an
effort to enhance associate and customer experiences.

PICKLEBALL OR TENNIS? Neither, but I dream of
talking my husband into pickleball. As a tennis player,
he isn't interested. As an (athletic) woman of little
coordination, I am hoping pickleball is my speed!
MY BEST IDEAS COME WHEN... I expose myself to
the broadest range of content. For me that means
taking in large amounts of content in all forms from a
diverse range of sources. If I do that while exercising
in nature-that is the trifecta!
FAVORITE PLACE YOU'VE EVER VISITED? In the
U.S.-any national park. Internationally, I would pick
Africa.

documentaries-like Onyx Collective's 2022 Oscar-winning
" Summer of Soul " -across the company's linear and streaming
networks, and Pitaro's ability to create strategic sports-related
opportunities that benefit both ESPN and the entire organization,
this duo makes TWDC increasingly attractive to creators, business
partners, advertisers and viewers. Walden's team creates 4,500-plus hours of
programming per year, and it developed ABC and Hulu juggernauts like " Abbott
Elementary, " " The Dropout, " " The Bear " and " Only Murders in the Building " ; in
2022 Disney racked up 226 Emmy nominations across daytime, primetime, news
and documentaries. Meanwhile, Pitaro oversees sports coverage, from ESPN and
ESPN+ to ABC, FX and live sports on Hulu, including the NHL. Pitaro set ESPN's
linear and digital platforms on parallel paths that, despite declining subscribers,
led ESPN to an 8% increase in viewership and a 14% rise in primetime. ESPN+ expanded
its reach 42% in 2022 to 24.3 million subscribers, and ESPN Digital broke
