A former managing director at Goldman Sachs covering the TMT sector, Armstrong joined Comcast
as director of Investor Relations in 2014 and steadily moved up the ranks, becoming CFO of its Sky
unit in 2020. A year later, Armstrong was deputy CFO of Comcast, overseeing treasury and finance
functions and in January he rose to corporate CFO, where he oversees all financial functions, managing
Comcast's capital formation, capital allocation, credit-related matters and investment management

splitting time between our Burbank and Century City
