Comcast's tech future is basically determined by this triumvirate, with Herrin leading the charge
for higher speeds and network efficiency while Connors oversees customer care and experience
across the Xfinity brand and Butz focuses on innovation across all products. Last year,
Herrin unveiled plans to double network energy efficiency by 2030 and is spearheading plans
to offer 10G residential service to customers by the second half of this year. Connors leads
Comcast's consumer business-video, broadband, voice, security and mobile products-and
launched programs like Xfinity Rewards. Butz helped launch one of Comcast's fastest-growing
products, Xfinity Mobile, which last year crossed 5 million customer lines. Butz had a hand in
launching Comcast's next-gen xFi Advanced Gateway and is helping lead the rollout of multigig
service to more than 50 million homes and businesses by year-end 2025.
