The one constant in the cable industry is change. Good thing SCTE chief Dzuban and CTAM chief Lins are experienced
and adept at providing leadership through the many twists and turns. In addition to overcoming a very serious
staph infection last year, Dzuban led SCTE to secure another patent and another Emmy award (a Technology &
Engineering win for its development of an Event Scheduling and Notification Interface standard) and announce another
associate degree program-not to mention the return in person of the Cable-Tec Expo. Lins spent the past year
hyper-focused on industry pain points where CTAM's collective marketing efforts would drive industrywide results,
including piracy mitigation, content discovery and consumer acquisition and retention.

such an icon and a badass. It also seems like just being in her presence
would be energizing and brighten anyone's day.
Hoffman has supercharged Starz's streaming business, which saw 70%
year-over-year domestic growth. In partnering with Amazon, Hulu and
Apple, she brought Starz to new platforms. Her efforts no doubt helped
boost the Season 2 premiere of " P-Valley " a whopping 1,018% over the
series debut on the Starz app and make " Power Book IV: Forced " the
most-watched debut in the network's history with 3.3 million multiplatform
views in the U.S. alone; that combined with the Season 2 finale of
" Power Book II: Ghost " broke app viewership records.
