Carroll helped ImOn strike gold in April, having successfully secured
an acquisition by Goldman Sachs that led to employee growth and a
tripling of its rate of network expansion compared to historical levels.
That's key as ImOn enters year two of its three-year plan to completely
build out its network in the Iowa communities of Iowa City, Coralville,
Dubuque and the Cedar Rapids metro area.
BIGGEST ROADBLOCK IN FIBER
EXPANSIONS? Right now, I
would say that permitting, pole
attachments/railroad crossings
are causing the biggest leastcontrollable
slowdowns. I would
like to see more efficient processes
followed by hiring qualified people
and managing the supply chain.

BACK TO YOUR COMMUNITY? In
addition to community non-profit
board work, I sew and do millinery
work for our local community theater.
