introduced new 5G courses on
fixed wireless internet access,
5G and WiFi 6 technologies,
and Slaughter deepened the level of training by signing a
reseller agreement with Mpirical, which gave nearly 350
hours of online training and a new catalog of 5G courses.
Not only is she forward-looking, but she's also embraced
the " new normal " by helping NCTI go from 100% in person
to one-third of its staff being remote by the end of 2022.

Great Plains began as a local
telephone company, but Foje
is building it into something
far greater. Reaching
13 states, its fiber network
is now capable of delivering
symmetrical 2 gigabit
service. Nebraska has taken
notice, awarding it more than
$2.8 million from the Nebraska
Broadband Bridge Program
to close digital gaps in the state. Those funds will
go toward deploying fiber to 10 projects across Nebraska
with Great Plains providing a 25% funding match. At
least 247 homes will gain access to symmetrical gigabit
service upon completion, likely in 2024. ●

Abcarian has been hard
at work bringing the
industry together to find
new measurement solutions
at scale. She led a collaborative
movement toward building an
independent multicurrency measurement future,
which included spearheading an RFP that explored
new measurement solutions and sharing findings
in a Measurement Look Book. Abcarian also
led test-and-learns with potential measurement
partners, including iSpot.tv during the 2022 Super
Bowl, to help understand cross-platform viewing
across NBCU's One Platform. And she convened
the Measurement Innovation Forum to educate the
industry about the available options. Her efforts
have resulted in 40 percent of NBCU's 2022 upfront
deals being done outside traditional age and gender
guarantees.

WHERE DO YOU WORK MOST FREQUENTLY-
HOME, OFFICE, ROAD? Although I'm based in
Chicago, I spend a lot of time with my colleagues
and clients in the New York office.
MY BEST IDEAS COME WHEN... I feed off of
the innovators. I like looking at how ideas can be
connected across companies to accelerate change.
As they innovate and come up with new metrics
and approaches, looking at the white spaces and
opportunities to better connect companies and
measurement signals across to redefine the future
is invigorating.
