Houses of New York, a nonprofit
policy and social change organization
representing 45 neighborhood settlement
houses serving 765,000 New
Yorkers from all walks of life.

made DEI a priority. She helped
launch the WICT PAR Study, and
during her 1996-2015 tenure as
WICT's chief of staff she also helped
created the Women in Technology
Award. At C2HR, Das continues
to promote DEI and social justice
resources via its C2HR CON sessions
and HR Knowledge Center.
SHE SAYS... " Leaders need to create
a safe environment for employees
to have candid conversations about
race, discrimination and injustice.
Then, they need to translate that
insight into action. "

to my interest in the media and communications

THE WHY? Davis is the co-executive sponsor for the Technology, Product
and Experience team's DEI initiative. She's also worked diligently to revolutionize
security posture for Comcast, and this year her team launched an
internal training game on cybersecurity that's used to help educate Comcast
employees. Additionally, she helped develop online safety modules that Internet
Essentials and Lift Zone partners can use to engage with their students.
SHE SAYS... " Leadership can best support DEI by first by being aware and
recognizing that there is a problem. Then, supporting a systematic approach
to hiring, retention, and promotion-with a special emphasis on inclusion for
every teammate. "
