THE WHY? Over the course of her more than 30-year career, Hsiung has
championed characters all young audience groups can relate to, with the
reboot of " The Proud Family " just one of many recent examples. As an
executive leader of Walt Disney Television's Global Workplace & Women's
Initiative, she helps advocate for career advancement among female employees
and an improved workplace for all. Additionally, Hsiung is secretary
on the board of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of Girls Inc., a nonprofit
that encourages young females to be bold.

THE WHY? Hudson became Comcast Cable's first Chief Diversity Officer
last April, bringing 20 years of HR experience to the role, and she's been busy
establishing policies, partnerships and frameworks to deepen DE&I accountability.
The rotating DE&I Employee Advisory Council and the National DE&I
Leadership Council are under Hudson's purview, and she actively supports
the company's nine Employee Resource Groups. She recently launched an
internal monthly DEI podcast called " Moments that Matter " and initiated
ongoing evaluation of DEI efforts through employee feedback.
SHE SAYS... " To have open, honest and productive conversations about
race in the workplace, you must first work to establish an understanding of
psychological safety, its importance to an inclusive work experience and then
sharing practical strategies for fostering a healthy workplace for all. "
Pearlena Igbokwe

THE WHY? Behind a leader's accomplishments is the support system that
helped carry them. For Igbokwe, the first Black executive to lead a major TV
studio, it's about giving that same support back to the next generation of
leaders. She meets with each department under her wing and with classes
of interns to ensure they have a direct line of access to USG's leadership as
well as a platform to make their voices heard. Outside of work, Igbokwe has
participated in multiple panels focused on diversity and inclusion within the
TV landscape.
SHE SAYS... " We who are in these jobs have to work to help that next
group do better-even if it's just a phone call to say, 'How are you?' or 'I believe
in you.' "
